5-Ingredient Dinners · Google Play package com.androidkingdom.fivedinners · Last updated: 7 July 2026

This policy explains how SEO ORB Digital Solutions (“we”, “us”), which publishes apps under the Amazia Studio brand, handles information in the 5-Ingredient Dinners app (“the App”). It is specific to this App. The App has no accounts and no sign-in, and is designed to work offline. SEO ORB Digital Solutions is the data controller responsible for the limited information described here.

In short: the App works on your device. We only receive data if you actively send us feedback. Ads in the App are served by third-party networks that use device identifiers. We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or precise location; we do not process any payment, marketing, or e-commerce data through the App; and we never sell your personal data for money.

Data stored on your device

The App is offline-first. Your your saved recipes, shopping list, and cooking timers are stored only on your device. We do not upload, sync, or receive this data, and it is not part of any online account. If you uninstall the App or clear its storage, this data is removed from your device.

What we collect when you send feedback

If you choose to tap “Send feedback” inside the App (an explicit, optional action), the App sends the following to our feedback service so we can read, reproduce, and act on your report. Nothing is sent unless you submit feedback.

Please do not type personal information (yours or anyone else’s) into the feedback message. Your message is treated as potentially sensitive and is never made public. When you submit, your device’s IP address is used momentarily to prevent abuse and rate-limit requests; it is not stored with your feedback.

If you use our website contact form

Separately from the App, our website (theamazia.com) has a contact form. This is optional and only applies if you choose to use it. If you send a message through the form, we store the name and email address you provide and the message you write, so that we can read your enquiry and reply to you. We use it only to respond. We do not use it for marketing and we do not sell it. The lawful basis is your consent (you chose to send the message). You can ask us to delete your message at any time using the contact details below.

What we do not collect

Through the App’s own feedback service we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any account identifier; we do not collect your advertising ID; and we do not collect your precise or coarse location. We do not access your contacts, photos, or files. Aside from the ad networks described below, we do not use advertising identifiers.

Voice input

The App includes an optional hands-free voice mode. When you use it, the microphone is used only while you are actively speaking (push-to-talk). Speech is processed on your device to recognise commands; we do not record, store, or transmit your audio, and voice input is not used for advertising. If you never enable voice mode, you can deny the microphone permission and the rest of the App works normally.

Advertising & ad networks

The App is free and supported by ads. Ads are provided by Google AdMob together with mediation partners. These third-party advertising SDKs are part of the App, so under Google Play’s rules their data collection counts as collection by the App:

To serve and measure ads and to prevent fraud, these networks may collect your device or other identifiers (including your Android advertising ID), your IP address, coarse location derived from IP, and app-interaction data (such as which screens showed an ad and whether an ad was tapped). This information is collected and shared with the ad networks for advertising and marketing, analytics, and fraud prevention. It is separate from the feedback data described above.

For details of each network’s own processing, see its privacy policy (for example, Google’s Privacy Policy and the “How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services” page). We do not control third-party ad content.

The App uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent tool to obtain and record your choices where the law requires it:

How we use information

We use feedback data only to read, reproduce, prioritise, and respond to the issues and suggestions you send us, and to understand the overall quality of our apps (for example, how many reports mention a particular problem). We do not use feedback data for advertising. Ad networks use the data they collect for the advertising, analytics, and fraud-prevention purposes described above.

How long we keep it

Feedback you send is retained for up to 180 days by default and then deleted, unless a longer period is needed to resolve your specific report or a shorter period is required by law. Data stored on your device stays there until you delete it or uninstall the App. Ad networks retain the data they collect according to their own policies.

Security

Feedback is transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Our feedback service applies access controls, rate limiting, and abuse protection, and administrative access is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the limited data we handle.

International data transfers

Feedback you send is processed on servers operated by our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) that may be located outside your country, including in the United States. If you are in Indonesia, this means the limited feedback data you choose to send is transferred and processed abroad; you consent to this transfer when you submit feedback, and we apply data-minimisation and appropriate safeguards. The lawful basis for this processing is your consent (your explicit action of sending feedback).

Your rights & deleting your data

Depending on where you live (for example under U.S. state privacy laws or Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete data, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising, and to withdraw consent.

To make a request, email us at . We aim to respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. If you are in the EEA or UK and believe we have not handled your data properly, you also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

Children

The App is a general-audience tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top. Significant changes may also be noted in the App.
